Strengthening Leadership, Governance and Strategic Direction
The Executive Director, who chaired the session, welcomed members to the inaugural Board Meeting of Future Bridge Tech Foundation (FBTF). The meeting marked an important step in the Foundation's institutional development and governance journey.
Members introduced themselves and were briefed on the purpose of the meeting, which included the formal inauguration of the Board, presentation of the Foundation's objectives, and establishment of a governance structure to support effective, transparent, and accountable operations.
The Executive Director presented the Vision, Mission, and Core Objectives of Future Bridge Tech Foundation, highlighting the organization's commitment to bridging gaps in technology, education, and community development.
Members were updated on ongoing and upcoming projects focused on community outreach, ICT education, innovation, skills development, and empowerment. The Board was also informed that the Foundation's registration and legal processes had been fully completed, providing a formal institutional foundation for its programs and operations.
The inaugural Board Meeting represents an important milestone in establishing the leadership, accountability, and strategic structures required to support FBTF's long-term growth and community impact.
The Foundation's Constitution and Governance Framework were presented to the Board for consideration. Members discussed the proposed governance arrangements and reviewed the roles and responsibilities necessary for effective institutional leadership.
Key leadership roles, decision-making processes, accountability mechanisms, and internal governance procedures were discussed and confirmed to provide a clear framework for responsible and transparent operations.

With governance structures in place, the Foundation can focus on implementing its programs, strengthening partnerships, improving visibility, and expanding opportunities for the communities it serves.
The Chair expressed appreciation to all members for their contributions, participation, and commitment to the vision and mission of Future Bridge Tech Foundation.
The meeting concluded with closing remarks from the Treasurer, bringing the inaugural session to a close.
