Description:


Local technology centers offering free access to computers, internet, structured digital literacy courses and mentoring for youth and women.


Implementation Plan:


·         Partnerships: Partner with local schools, libraries, community centres and local government for space and outreach.

·         Setup: Procure 6–12 refurbished or new computers per hub, reliable internet, desks, power backup, and basic AV for training.

·         Staffing: Recruit/have volunteer trainers, a hub coordinator and local volunteer mentors (target: 2 trainers + 1 coordinator per hub).

·         Program Delivery: Run regular classes (basic digital skills, email, MS Office, internet safety) and scheduled open-lab hours.

·         Monitoring: Use registration, attendance logs, pre/post digital skills assessments, and quarterly reports.

1.    Hub users per month

2.    Course completion rate (%)

3.    Number of women and youth trained
