The project supports teachers and school leaders to develop the confidence and practical competence required to integrate digital technologies into teaching, learning, assessment and classroom engagement.

Introduce teachers to e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, digital resources and blended learning approaches.
Develop Digital Teacher Champions who can support peer learning and encourage technology adoption within schools.
FBTF combines structured training, practical application, peer support and follow-up to help teachers move beyond learning digital tools to actually applying them in their classrooms.
Develop and co-create practical training modules informed by relevant Ghana Education Service guidelines, school needs and emerging digital education practices.
Conduct termly in-person workshops supported by online refresher sessions and short micro-courses to reinforce learning.
Identify and develop Digital Teacher Champions who can mentor colleagues, encourage technology adoption and support peer learning within their schools.
Provide practical toolkits, lesson resources, templates and lesson plans that teachers can adapt for technology-enabled teaching.
Conduct follow-up activities, classroom observation where appropriate, teacher feedback and surveys to assess application and identify areas for continued support.
Training content may be adapted to the needs of each participating school, teacher group or education programme.
The Champion component creates a peer-support structure within participating schools. Selected teachers receive additional support to become local resource persons who can assist colleagues, share practical experiences and encourage sustained use of digital tools in teaching and learning.
The project will track both participation and the practical application of digital skills in teaching environments.
