Empowering Educators with Practical Digital Skills for Modern Teaching and Learning
Future Bridge Tech Foundation (FBTF) is pleased to announce the 2026 Teacher Digital Training (TDT) Programme, an intensive capacity-building initiative designed to equip teachers and school administrators with essential digital skills for modern teaching and learning.
The programme seeks to strengthen digital literacy, promote innovative teaching practices and support the effective integration of technology into classrooms, particularly within public, private and underserved schools across Ghana.
Through practical instruction, hands-on activities and collaborative learning, FBTF aims to help educators confidently use technology to improve teaching, learner engagement and educational outcomes.
Participants will receive practical, hands-on training in key areas of digital education and technology-enhanced teaching, including:
Basic and intermediate ICT skills relevant to everyday teaching and school administration.
Practical exposure to Google Classroom, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other digital learning tools.
Developing digital lessons and creating engaging technology-supported learning content.
Using online assessment and classroom management tools to support effective learning.
Introduction to STEM, innovation and modern digital approaches to teaching.
Responsible, safe and ethical use of digital technologies in education.
Applications are open to educators and education professionals including:
Priority will be given to teachers from rural and low-resource schools where access to digital training opportunities may be limited.
In-person and/or blended delivery combining physical and virtual learning.
Practical sessions designed to help educators apply newly acquired skills.
Training facilitated by ICT professionals and education experts.
Interested teachers and education professionals are encouraged to complete the official Teacher Digital Training (TDT) Application Form 2026.
