Preparing for the Teacher Digital Training (TDT) Programme 2026
Future Bridge Tech Foundation (FBTF) will organize a Facilitators Rehearsal Meeting and Venue Preparation Session ahead of the Teacher Digital Training (TDT) Programme 2026.
The session is designed to ensure that facilitators, programme coordinators, technical personnel and operational support teams are fully prepared to deliver a professional, well-coordinated and impactful training experience for participating teachers.
The preparation session will provide an opportunity for the programme team to review the training flow, test technical systems, coordinate logistics and resolve any operational issues before the commencement of the main Teacher Digital Training Programme.
The preparation session will bring together key members of the TDT implementation team, including:
The session will focus on the final technical, instructional and operational preparations required for the TDT Programme.
Review training content, facilitation responsibilities and delivery approach.
Coordinate the sequence, timing and transitions of training sessions.
Prepare and verify the technical infrastructure required for training.
Arrange participant seating, facilitator areas and training spaces.
Test projectors, internet connectivity, computers and other equipment.
Finalize registration materials, attendance records and programme documents.
Confirm participant welfare, materials, refreshments and logistical arrangements.
Brief all programme teams on responsibilities and final implementation procedures.
Effective preparation is essential to the success of any professional training programme. This rehearsal and venue preparation session will help the FBTF team identify potential challenges, strengthen coordination among facilitators and ensure that all training resources are ready before participants arrive.
Through careful planning and teamwork, FBTF aims to provide teachers with a professional, practical and engaging learning experience throughout the Teacher Digital Training Programme.
