Overview
The
Education & Skill Development Program is the second major program of the
Future Bridge Tech Foundation (FBTF).
It is
dedicated to enhancing learning opportunities, improving educational quality and equipping learners and educators with the skills needed for a rapidly
evolving digital world.
The program aims to bridge the educational divide by providing innovative programs,
learning resources and mentorship that empower students, teachers, and youth
to thrive in a knowledge-driven economy.
Through
digital literacy, capacity building and academic support, the program helps
transform education into a tool for empowerment, creativity and lifelong
success.
This program reflects FBTF’s mission to bridge educational and digital gaps, ensuring that
every learner regardless of background has access to the tools and
opportunities needed to succeed in the 21st century.

The
Education & Skill Development Program operates through a collection of
focused and interlinked projects designed to achieve comprehensive learning
empowerment.

under this program:
1. Future
Learn Bootcamps – Intensive hands-on digital and soft skills training
sessions for youth, focusing on coding, digital marketing, leadership and
entrepreneurship.
2. Teacher
Digital Training – Capacity-building workshops for teachers to integrate
technology into teaching and improve learning outcomes.
3. Scholarship
& Mentorship Project – Provides financial aid, academic guidance and professional mentorship to brilliant but underprivileged students.
4. STEM
Learning Materials Support – Supplies schools and learners with science
kits, learning aids, and digital materials to enhance STEM education.
5. Learning
Support Project – Offers essential learning materials such as exercise
books, pens, mathematical sets and uniforms to students in need.
Management
by Volunteers
This program is managed by a coordinated team of volunteer educators, trainers, mentors and
community coordinators who ensure that all activities are well-organized,
impactful and inclusive.
Each project has a Volunteer Project Lead who oversees planning, participant engagement and
evaluation.
Volunteers
handle training sessions, mentorship matching, school coordination and
distribution of learning materials.
A Program Coordinator supervises all education-related activities under FBTF, ensuring
quality control, reporting, and alignment with the Foundation’s vision of
bridging educational and digital divides.
