Future Bridge Tech Foundation (FBTF) is a legally established non-profit organization operating under the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
The Foundation is incorporated with the
Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC)
under the
Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).
FBTF is recognized within Ghana’s non-profit governance framework through the
Non-Profit Organisation Secretariat (NPOS), supporting compliance, accountability, and effective coordination of non-profit activities at the national level.
The Foundation also maintains recognition and engagement with the
Ga East Municipal Assembly, supporting collaboration and community-focused initiatives within the municipality.
