Future Bridge Tech Foundation (FBTF) welcomes collaboration with credible organizations, non-governmental organizations, institutions, development partners and other entities whose objectives are aligned with our mission and values.
To ensure responsible partnerships, institutional credibility, accountability and mutual protection, organizations seeking to enter into a formal partnership with FBTF are required to undergo a structured partnership due diligence and assessment process.
All required supporting documents must be submitted in PDF format and compiled together as one PDF document.
Organizations seeking formal partnership consideration should compile the following documents in the order listed below:
A formal letter expressing the organization's interest in establishing a partnership with FBTF.
A current profile outlining the organization's background, objectives, programmes, activities and areas of operation.
A list of the Board of Directors and their respective positions or responsibilities within the organization.
A copy of the organization's current constitution or governing document.
Official evidence of the organization's legal incorporation or registration.
Where applicable, a valid NPOS certificate, licence or other evidence of authorization to operate as a non-profit organization.
A valid NGO licence or registration issued by the relevant District or Municipal authority where the organization originates or operates.
Information on the organization's financial standing, including relevant bank account details and the most recent Auditor's Report.
A detailed proposal outlining the proposed collaboration, objectives, responsibilities, expected outcomes and potential areas of cooperation.
This is an internal FBTF assessment document used by the Foundation to review and assess the prospective partner.
The FBTF Partnership Due Diligence / Assessment Form is an internal document maintained and completed by Future Bridge Tech Foundation.
Prospective partners are not required to complete or submit this form. FBTF will use the form internally to assess the organization's documentation, legal standing, governance, financial credibility, operational capacity, partnership suitability and alignment with the Foundation's objectives.
