The Mobile Tech Clinics is a dynamic outreach project under Program 1: Digital Inclusion and Literacy of Future Bridge Tech Foundation (FBTF). This project takes digital literacy and technical support directly to the doorstep of communities that lack access to technology centers or reliable internet. Using specially equipped vehicles and mobile setups, FBTF brings hands-on digital learning, device servicing and awareness initiatives to schools, markets, rural towns and marginalized communities.
The Mobile
Tech Clinics are essentially 'technology on wheels bridging the gap between
innovation and accessibility. By traveling from one community to another, the
initiative ensures that no one is left behind in the digital transformation
journey. Each clinic visit is designed to inspire, educate, and empower
individuals to adopt technology for learning, work, and daily life.
• Deliver
digital literacy and awareness training to underserved communities.
• Provide
technical assistance and device repair services to individuals and
institutions.
• Facilitate
on-site digital inclusion workshops for students, teachers and small business
owners.
• Promote
safe, responsible, and inclusive technology use.

and connect potential learners to Community Digital Hubs for continued
learning.

local ownership of technology initiatives by building community champions and
peer educators.

• Referral
and Follow-up: Linking participants to nearby Community Digital Hubs or online
platforms for further training.
The Mobile
Tech Clinics are managed by a dedicated team of volunteers, IT trainers and
project coordinators under the supervision of Future Bridge Tech Foundation’s
management. Each mobile unit consists of a Lead Facilitator, a Technical
Assistant, and Volunteer Trainers who travel together to deliver the outreach
services.
Volunteers
are the backbone of the initiative. They handle community mobilization, assist
in training delivery and provide technical and administrative support. FBTF
provides continuous capacity-building workshops for volunteers to ensure
quality delivery and professionalism. A central database tracks communities
reached, participants trained and devices serviced, helping to measure
progress and impact.
Partnerships
with local authorities, schools, ICT companies and donor organizations support
logistics, materials, and sustainability. FBTF also works closely with
community leaders to ensure cultural relevance, inclusivity, and long-term
adoption of digital skills.
