1. Introduction

Future Bridge Tech Foundation (FBTF) issues certificates to recognize participation, training achievement, and successful completion of approved programmes, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives.

This Certificate Issuance Policy ensures that all certificates issued by FBTF are consistent, authentic, transparent, and accurately represent the achievement of recipients.

2. Scope

This policy applies to certificates issued under FBTF programmes including:

  • Teacher Digital Training (TDT) Programme
  • Professional development programmes
  • Short courses and bootcamps
  • Digital literacy and community capacity-building initiatives

3. Certificate Categories

Certificate of Participation

Issued to individuals who participate in FBTF programmes, sessions, workshops, or events but do not meet full completion requirements.

This certificate confirms participation only and does not certify competency or programme completion.

Certificate of Training

Issued to individuals who complete structured learning activities and receive training exposure but have not fulfilled all requirements for programme completion.

Certificate of Completion

Issued to participants who successfully complete all required programme activities, learning modules, assessments, or practical requirements.

For the Teacher Digital Training (TDT) Programme, this certificate recognizes the recipient as a:

Digitally Trained Educator

4. Certificate Authenticity and Verification

All FBTF certificates:

  • Are issued under the official name of Future Bridge Tech Foundation.
  • Carry authorized approval and institutional identification.
  • Include a unique certificate identification number.
  • May include digital verification features such as QR verification.

FBTF maintains an official certificate verification system as the authoritative method for confirming the validity of certificates issued by the Foundation.

5. Use of Certificate Titles

Professional titles or designations associated with FBTF programmes may only be used by individuals who have successfully completed the required certification process.

For the TDT Programme, only holders of the Certificate of Completion may represent themselves as Digitally Trained Educators.

6. Certificate Revocation

FBTF reserves the right to invalidate or revoke certificates where:

  • Information provided was fraudulent or misleading.
  • Programme requirements were not genuinely completed.
  • The certificate has been altered or misused.

7. Policy Review

FBTF periodically reviews this policy to ensure continued alignment with professional training standards and institutional requirements.
