The Future
Learn Bootcamps is a flagship project under the Education & Skill
Development Project of Future Bridge Tech Foundation (FBTF). The project provides intensive hands-on training sessions designed to equip youth, women and community members with essential digital, technical and entrepreneurial
skills for employability, innovation and self-sustainability. Bootcamps are
organized in collaboration with schools, tech hubs and community centers
across Ghana and beyond. They serve as short-term high-impact learning
experiences, combining theory, practical exercises and mentorship to help
participants gain real-world skills relevant to today’s job market.

1.
Training Phase – Focused on skill development in areas
such as digital literacy, coding, entrepreneurship, data analysis and soft
skills.
2.
Project Phase – Participants work on real-world
mini-projects or business ideas with mentor support.
3.
Showcase & Graduation Phase – Learners present
their outcomes and receive certificates of completion.
Each
Bootcamp typically runs between two days and two weeks, depending on the
training module.

The
Bootcamps are managed and facilitated by volunteers and professionals within
the Foundation’s network. Roles include Volunteer Trainers who lead technical
and non-technical sessions, Project Coordinators who handle logistics,
registration, and reporting, Mentors who provide career and personal guidance
to participants, and Support Volunteers who assist with event setup,
attendance, and engagement. FBTF ensures that each Bootcamp is inclusive,
interactive and gender-sensitive, creating a safe and empowering space for all
participants.

Be between 15 and 35 years old (exceptions may apply
for special community sessions).

Demonstrate interest in digital skills,
entrepreneurship, or career development.
·
Be available for the full duration of the Bootcamp.
·
Possess basic literacy and a willingness to learn.
·
For specific modules, some prior experience or
academic background may be an advantage.

Application: Interested individuals apply online or
through partner organizations.

Screening: Applications are reviewed based on motivation
and learning goals.

Shortlisting: Priority is given to youth, women, and
persons from underserved communities.

Confirmation: Successful applicants receive
participation details and preparation materials.

FBTF
partners with educational institutions for participant mobilization, tech
companies and trainers for expert facilitation, NGOs and local authorities for
outreach and venue support, and development partners for funding and
sustainability. These collaborations ensure that each Bootcamp is impactful,
inclusive, and sustainable.
