The Business
Growth Clinics is a project under the Entrepreneurship & Empowerment Program of Future Bridge Tech Foundation (FBTF).
It is
designed to strengthen and scale up small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs),
women-led startups and youth-owned ventures by providing targeted business
advisory support, mentorship and capacity-building workshops.
The project addresses the common challenges faced by entrepreneurs ranging from poor
financial management and weak business models to limited market access and lack
of growth strategies. Through tailored sessions, participants receive expert
guidance on business expansion, innovation, digital transformation and
sustainability.
Objectives

the capacity of emerging and existing entrepreneurs to grow sustainable
businesses.

participants.

Program
Structure
The Business
Growth Clinics operates through a combination of training workshops, business
advisory clinics and one-on-one mentorship sessions facilitated by business
experts, consultants and volunteer professionals.
Phase 1: Business Health Assessment –
Evaluating participants existing business models and identifying areas for
improvement.
Phase 2: Thematic Clinics – Focused training
on financial management, branding, marketing, operations and technology
integration.
Phase 3:
Mentorship & Coaching – Personalized mentorship pairing with experienced
entrepreneurs and professionals.
Phase 4: Growth Strategy Development –
Participants develop and present practical business growth plans for review and
support.
Phase 5: Showcase & Networking Forum – A
closing session for showcasing progress, networking, and partnership
engagement.
Management
by Volunteers
The project is coordinated by volunteer business consultants, trainers and mentors under
the supervision of the Programs Directorate of Future Bridge Tech Foundation.
Volunteers
support participant selection, facilitation, documentation and monitoring.
Collaboration with entrepreneurship hubs, financial institutions and corporate
partners ensures technical and advisory support throughout implementation.
Eligibility
The Business
Growth Clinics are open to:

Entrepreneurs operating micro, small, or medium
enterprises (SMEs).
·
Women and youth leading or managing startups or
community enterprises.
·
Graduates of the Teach4Her Incubator or other
recognized entrepreneurship training programs.
·
Participants who demonstrate commitment to growing
their businesses ethically and sustainably.
Selection
Process
1. Online
Application: Interested participants complete a form on the FBTF website.
2.
Screening: Applications are reviewed based on business viability, growth
potential and social impact.
3.
Interview/Verification: Shortlisted applicants may undergo a brief interview or
business verification process.
4. Final
Selection: Successful applicants are notified and enrolled in upcoming clinic
sessions.
Preference
will be given to applicants who follow FBTF on social media, engage with the
organization’s updates, and are conversant with its initiatives.
