Scholarship & Mentorship Project

Overview

The Scholarship & Mentorship Project is a flagship project under the Education & Skill Development Project of the Future Bridge Tech Foundation (FBTF). It is designed to support bright but financially disadvantaged students and youth by providing them with educational scholarships, mentorship and career guidance opportunities. The project ensures that deserving learners  particularly girls, rural students and those from underprivileged backgrounds gain access to quality education and lifelong learning pathways. Through mentorship and exposure, participants are guided to develop leadership, creativity and digital skills necessary for personal and community transformation.

This project combines financial assistance, capacity building and mentorship to create a holistic learning experience, helping beneficiaries to succeed academically and professionally while promoting a culture of giving back.

Objectives

Provide financial support to brilliant but needy students in secondary and tertiary institutions.

Offer mentorship to help students make informed academic, career and life choices.

Bridge educational inequality by supporting marginalized learners, especially females and persons with disabilities.

Encourage community engagement, leadership and innovation among young people.

Build a sustainable cycle of mentorship, where past beneficiaries become mentors to new participants.
