Overview
The Community Development & Sustainability
Program is the fourth major program of the Future Bridge Tech Foundation
(FBTF).
It focuses on empowering communities to design,
implement and sustain local solutions that promote environmental conservation,
innovation and inclusive growth.
Through its diverse projects - Green Innovation
Projects, Bridge Lab Challenge, and Community Connect Grants, the
program inspires youth, women, and community groups to act in addressing social
and environmental challenges using creativity, technology, and collaboration.
The program aligns with FBTF’s mission to build
sustainable bridges between people, resources and opportunities, contributing
directly to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goals 11
(Sustainable Cities & Communities), 13 (Climate Action), and 17
(Partnerships for the Goals).
